Tiny Treasures 2025
A few guidelines for submissions:
- Each artist is invited to submit a minimum of 2 and maximum of 6 works.
- Works must be exactly 20cm x 20cm whether square or round, any works not conforming to the 1:1 ratio will unfortunately not be acceptable for this exhibition.
- Work may be in any medium.
- Digital submissions will run from 8 May until 15 May 2025. Should you have difficulty uploading images you may contact the committee member who invited you to take part to assist with the formatting and uploading of the works.
- Uploaded images must be cropped, minimum of 500 x 500 pixels, maximum of 800 x 800 pixels.
- All images need to be named in the following format: ArtistsName_Surname_1 ( the following file would be ArtistsName_Surname_2Â etc), Files named in any other manner, will unfortunately not register on the system, and will therefore not be eligible for exhibition.
- Physical Artwork Delivery: 13–24 May 2025
- Selling price will be capped at R 2400 per work, which includes the 33.3% gallery commission.
- All unsold work must be collected by 28 July 2025
Artist contract and agreement
On submission of the entry form, the artist agree to the conditions in the contract.
